When looking for houses, at this time we are not accepting any coverage areas with populations smaller than 50,000 unless the towns are within 20 miles of a much larger city & we are only interested in houses that you physically drive and find.
In regards to land, we're open minded but we can't sell landlocked properties, swamp properties and/or properties in areas with no demand so please keep that in mind while you are out and about looking.
NOTE: We are NOT interested in properties on the MLS, under contract or from any online list. We are only interested in properties you physically drive and find and able to take a picture of. Thank you for your interest....
